LANDSCAPE DESIGN
Paul Quirico Landscapes is able to provide a range of design services varying from a suburban back garden to a large rural property.
The design service can be tailored to meet your vision, budget and the degree of detail required. The landscape design can range from a concept plan outlining general areas to a more detailed plan including drainage, elevations, plantings, lighting, irrigation, construction detail and civil works.
CONSTRUCTION AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Paul Quirico Landscapes can provide a project management service for any size landscape construction. We have over 25 years experience in landscape construction, with the expertise and experience to deliver and manage your landscape project.
Our project management includes:
- Generating specifications of the landscape construction
- Calculating a bill of quantities of the materials to be used on site
- Tendering the work to Landscape Contractors suitable for the project
- Assessment of the tenders and recommendation for the preferred contractor
- Supervision of the landscape construction
- Supervision of contractual requirements
- Material sourcing
